條款與細則

1. 所有客製化訂製品如非因為本店人為錯誤不設退款或換貨，例如：本店人為錯誤繡字，使用錯誤款式等。
   
2. 本店之商品均為手工製作，每個作品無法完全一模一樣，尺寸略有誤差為正常現象。
3. 各種螢幕顯示器所呈現的商品照可能會產生色差，商品顏色請以實品為主。
4.  基於裁剪及印花排列，同一塊布裁剪出來的圖案都會不同，如有特別要求可以提出，請務必與我們聯絡。
5. 大部份貨品都是單訂製，製作期一般是2-3星期，如需於指定日期前收到，可能需要加收HK$50行政費，請務必與我們聯絡。
6. 如有任何爭議，本店保留最終決定權。
   

1.  We do not accept returns/exchanges for customized products.
2. Our products are handmade, and so each one cannot be 100% identical, slight variations in size are to be expected
3. Please allow for some variation in color as displayed on different devices and screens. Actual colors may vary.
4.  Our products are handmade, which requires at least 10-20 working days with holidays excluded. Any urgent cases, please kindly contact us and which HK$50.00 administration fee may be charged.
5.  Based on the cutting and printing arrangement, the pattern cut by the same piece of cloth will be different. If you have special requirements, please kindly contact us.
6.  In the event of any dispute, “MayMade” reserves the right of final decision.
